Warranty policy terms.

1. After receiving the package, it is recommended that you unpack and check with the courier to see if the package is damaged. If it is damaged, please refuse to accept it or keep the evidence and contact us as soon as possible.

2. If the product is damaged during the warranty period, our engineers will check the problem for you and send accessories for free. Customer service email: service@ktvlaser.com.

3. If the product is damaged after 12 months, accessories can also be sent free of charge (the shipping cost of accessories shall be borne by the buyer)

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

How long will it takes to receive my order?

Typical transit time is between 5-7 business, processing time is 1-3 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do! You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at an additional cost $4.99.

Can I edit/cancel my order or change my delivery address?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours. Otherwise, we'll be happy to start a return for you when you get the package.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred:

Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;

A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after fourteen days, please let us know at service@ktvlaser.com.

Your satisfaction is Ktvlaser' top priority - no matter what the issue, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

If the item you ordered is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact service@ktvlaser.com and our customer service team will assist you in replacing or refunding the damaged item.

To ensure that you receive a full refund and the return process goes smoothly, please remember: items that have been damaged or altered by human factors cannot be returned.
